Nausea, vomiting & diarrhea

Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea are typical signs of gastritis (inflammation and irritation of the stomach and intestines), food poisoning, or viral gastroenteritis, commonly called ‘stomach flu.’ The loss of water and essential salts and minerals (electrolytes) from the body caused by vomiting and diarrhea can result in dehydration.

Your Dragonfly Health provider can assess your symptoms, help with treatment, including how to prevent dehydration, refer you for testing if needed, and provide advice for prevention.
